Human Resources Manager
Laura Howard
Laura started with edrill in 2010 as admin and accounts, then moved into her current HR role 5 years later after completing Cert IV and Diploma in Human Resources. She is very passionate about HR and enjoys her role as HR Manager.
Dennis maintains contracts and the the general operation of all drilling sites. With over 30 years of drilling experience on RC and Diamond rigs there isn't much Dennis doesn't know about the drilling industry.

Sonia Hite
Sonia completed her Certificate ll in Business Operations and has been with edrill since 2012. She looks after invoicing, payroll and anything else required, including organising the workshop on the forklift!
Workplace Health and Safety Manager
Rohan Hite
Rohan is responsible for overseeing our integrated management system, ensuring that we meet our required legislative safety targets and objectives whilst making sure our workers are adhering to our management system and acting for personal and team safety.
His role includes, but is not limited to, conducting inductions, chairing toolbox meetings, site inspections and auditing all our systems. He is passionate about safety and believe everyone plays a vital role in keeping a safe workplace environment.
Irene's background is in Computing with 15 years working in various universities and TAFE Colleges plus several more years in IT Support roles around Australia.
